Quest Diagnostics is partnering with the New York State (NYS) Department of Health to implement a SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) testing program. Our goal is to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and provide all New York State employees with safer and healthier work environments.

This website will assist eligible New York State employees in registering for COVID-19 testing. Flexible options include at-home testing kits and/or in-person appointments at one of the 160+ patient service centers throughout New York state.

If you are having a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1. Signs of a serious medical condition include, but are not limited to, severe shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, coughing up blood, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, persistent vomiting, or diarrhea.
  • Have your employee ID number available to register for testing. (If you do not know your employee ID number, contact your manager or supervisor.)
