Welcome to Back to Work employee testing program

Quest Diagnostics is partnering with your employer to implement a SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) testing program, in order to prepare for your return to the workplace and help minimize the spread of COVID-19 throughout the year. The testing program consists of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) molecular testing for active infection. Your employer has chosen to screen all employees prior to arrival to the workplace.

If you are having a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1. Signs of a serious medical condition include, but are not limited to, severe shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, coughing up blood, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, persistent vomiting, or diarrhea.
How to get started
  • Click the "request a test" button to begin.
  • You may need your employee ID in order to register for testing.
  • If you already have a MyQuest™ account, you may log in with that.
  • For employer-sponsored programs, you will be asked to give permission for your test results to be provided to your employer. Please be sure to review the terms of service and consent carefully.
  • Based on your testing program, you may be asked to schedule an appointment at a testing site convenient to you.
